Welcome, my name is Roberto Martinez, and I'm looking to advance my motorsports career by leveraging my knowledge in technology and racing.
About Me
I've always had a fascination with computers and racing, even as a child. As a result, I opted to attend college and study network management while also receiving my associate's degree and reaching the college dean's list. After receiving my associate's degree, I began working at the New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2020. I've subsequently gone on to learn more about other jobs ranging from Corner Marshal to Race Control. I soon learned everything there was to know about track operations and worked every position. During this time, I also finished my bachelor's degree in computer and network security. In addition, I received two Digital Forensics Certificates. I'm hoping to put my expertise of motorsports to good use. and, preferably, a career in the motorsports industry in a managerial role.

Since I began working at NJMP, I have held a variety of roles. Working my way up to Race Control after starting as a Corner Marshal. While I was employed there, I worked several significant events, including MotoAmerica, Road to Indy, SCCA, and SVRA.
Box Office (September 2023)
Helped sell Fuel Fest tickets and answered customers' questions about the racetrack.
Food and Beverage Cashier (September 2023)
Helped sell beverages during MotoAmerica race weekend.
Maintenance (2022-)
Aided in keeping the karting track dry using a blower to blow water off track during MotoAmerica Mini Cup.
Aided with the preparation of haybales for MotoAmerica
